As described in their app description, Scan is the most straightforward app for QR Code scanners. Scan simply scans the QR code, logs it with the date and time of the scan, and provides a history tab with all of your previous scans. That’s it! I highly recommend this app for use with anyone who is not interested in creating their own customized QR codes. I personally use this app for my scavenger hunt activities using the iPad 2.
